Our partnership firm was formed in 2009 when we opened offices in Seattle Washington in the United States. The firm history dates back to 2003 where Lin Johnson was founder and Sr. Partner of Skyline Advertising & Investment Company of Guangxi China. Our mission is to deliver the highest level of personal commitment and unparalleled quality of service. Our leadership and advisory team are experienced leaders in private and government sectors and have a deep understanding of both cultures and markets to anticipate our client's needs.

Summary

An experienced leader with over 15 years working in private and government sectors, she moved to the U.S. to continue her studies at Columbia University. Lin founded American Intercultural Education to provide a range of consulting services to businesses, educational institutions, and government entities that need a deep understanding of the U.S. and Chinese markets and regulations. Since 2008, Lin continued her success bringing large funding to U.S. Universities from various Chinese Government agencies and cities including most recently working with Central Washington University.

Summary

Gary was Vice President at one of the top 3 software companies in the world, he established and was responsible for producing preferred practices for top global customers and implementers of governance, risk and compliance programs. While at SAP, Gary interacted with more than 200 customers on deployment strategies for Access Control, Identity Management Integration, and Process Control and Risk Management issues. He also pioneered the first SAP application risk solution, which was acquired by BindView (now a Symantec company).


He has extensive experience from both a commercial user and supplier perspective, and provides valuable insight to both sides of the acquisition process.


Gary also held senior executive positions in audit and security with J.C. Penney Company and Amerada Hess Corporation. He developed new programs, including the first automated tool for auditing computer data integrity, the first network security tool for external and internal access, and developed the first integrated IT/operational audit approach at Hess.

Summary

Ralph brings over twenty years of experience in the technology industry. He is the founder of a number of highly successful multi-million dollar startups; including AegisUSA, Navidec, and DriveOff.com. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Navidec and the President of Navidec Technology which he founded in 1993. At Navidec he raised in excess of 65 million in capital through several public offerings and private placements. Ralph was also the creator of the wholly owned subsidiary, DriveOff.com, which was ultimately sold to Microsoft.



With AIE's help we've been able to create a strategic partnership with a major city government in China. The result is close to $2.5M in funding from 2010 to 2012 and high quality student candidates. AIE is reliable, easy to do business with and very knowledgeable about the government and markets in China and the United States.
